Complex overall looks well cared for. Wasn’t offered a chance to view a model apt. But when we got the keys we were happy with the condition of the apt overall. Just a couple small things needed a little care. Office personnel is good at helping with questions and so far no complaints

I’ve lived here almost a year and i absolutely love this complex. it’s super quiet and in a good location. it’s in the middle of everything essential . the rent prices are really reasonable as well. i think the layouts of the apartments are well thought out and i feel like it’s really worth the price we pay. the property manager is super accommodating and so is the front staff. they always are so nice to me and keep up really good communication. anything i need they provide, without making me feel like i’m a bother. maintenance is always quick. anytime i’ve had an issue with anything and have called they’ve came and already started on the problem in 30 minutes advance. i really do enjoy this complex and plan to stay here for a while.
Fantastic place to live that is family friendly and the management is super positive and all about improving our community. My family has lived here for 3 years and we love the trees and pond views that make hunters pond a wonderful place to live.

We have been living here over 2yrs and I must say it's been wonderful. The office staff is right on time "love them" maintenance always handle any problems, and I love the way they clean up after we get snow. To sum it up we like it here and will be signing a 3rd lease..
It’s only been a true pleasure these past 4 years being a tenant at Orchard estates in Alsip! It’s a safe area, the apartments are well maintained and it’s worth it!
The parking could be better. Alot of visitors take up all the parking spaces. Other than that it's nice place to live.
It is cozy, maintenance always responds on time & the staff is polite.
