Mary Fitzpatrick leads CYM Living’s Human Resources department overseeing all things people, policy, process, and perks. Prior to joining CYM, Mary was Director, Human Resources, at Pangea Properties driving HR strategy and initiatives. Mary previously worked in the healthcare real estate industry and held various HR leadership roles at Pathway to Living, Ventas, Inc., and Lillibridge Healthcare Services. Mary started her career at Lillibridge and ultimately led the HR function, while navigating through times of acquiring other companies and ultimately being acquired. She received her B.A. from DePaul University. Mary enjoys city life, entertaining with her husband in their home, and traveling.
